The Flirtations sont un girl group américain populaire en Angleterre et en particulier sur la scène Northern Soul. Après quelques singles aux Etats Unis, en 1967 elles se retrouvent en Angleterre et sont signées sur Deram. En 1968 (ou 69?) elles sortent le classique nothing but a heartache, une tuerie soul uptempo imparable qui arrive même à concquérir leur pays natal (pas mal pour une production anglaise non?).écouter nothing but a heartache

The next year they released on Deram the classic nothing but a heartache an amazing uptempo soul tune.
